Overview

The 790nm Fiber Coupled Laser is a single 30 W configuration for Tm-doped fiber laser and amplifier pumping. It is the entry point of the 79x nm pump family, below the 792 nm and 793 nm options, where a modest pump budget and a simple single-channel supply are the priority.

  • Output — 30 W at 787–793 nm centre (790 nm typical), 5 nm spectral width
  • Fiber — 200 µm core / 220 µm cladding, SMA905 output, 2 ± 0.1 m lead (customisable)
  • Beam — NA 0.14–0.15 at 95% power
  • Drive — 10 A at 8 V from a single channel
  • Cooling — conduction cooled; 23–25 °C coolant temperature required
