Laser Source
Solutions Provider
for Laser Systems.
Lumexis develops laser rangefinder modules, erbium-glass laser sources, fiber coupled lasers and 1.5 µm pulsed fiber lasers for OEM, industrial and scientific systems.
Engineering & customer coordinationLaser-source expertise that travels with the project.
A source is only as useful as its fit inside the finished system. We combine product selection, practical OEM adaptation, controlled manufacturing and engineer-to-engineer support to make integration clearer from the start.
Choose Proven product platforms for a direct path to evaluation.
Adapt Practical changes where the optical, electrical or mechanical fit needs to be exact.
Deliver Clear technical communication from first sample through repeat supply.

Four ways to put light to work.
Choose a proven platform first. Then work with our engineers to define the integration details that matter.

A practical path from requirement to delivery.
For selected standard configurations, dispatch can begin in as little as three business days, subject to stock confirmation. When a project needs more, we identify the closest proven platform before defining the changes that add real value.
Standard product selection
Clear product matching, key specifications and documentation for your evaluation path.
Samples and qualification
Technical coordination for sample evaluation, system integration and review.
Repeat supply support
Defined configurations and direct communication to support dependable production planning.
Designed around the details that determine reliability.
Optical performance, thermal control, packaging and verification have to work as one. Our engineering capability connects those decisions early, before a laser source becomes a constraint inside your system.
Optical design
Laser output, optical path and integration requirements are reviewed around the application.
Packaging & coupling
Die bonding, wire bonding, sealing and fiber coupling connect precision assembly to usable output.
Control & interface
Electrical, communication and operating requirements are aligned with the host system.
Verification
Optical, electrical and environmental checks confirm performance against defined requirements.
Equipment chosen for controlled build and verification.
We separate the tools that confirm optical performance from the tools that make the package. This keeps quality checks close to every critical manufacturing step.
Measure what matters.
Dedicated screening and test equipment supports optical evaluation, power characterization and stability checks before release.
Bare bar optical test
High-power device test
Temperature cyclingBuild with repeatability.
Assembly equipment supports critical interconnect, package sealing and fiber-coupling operations across production builds.
Precision die bonding
Wire bonding
Automated couplingA clean production floor for precision assembly.
Controlled workspaces, focused assembly stations and disciplined process flow give each laser source a practical path from incoming material through final verification.

Start from a proven platform. Configure for your system.
We help OEM teams balance performance, package size, interfaces, environmental requirements and cost. The goal is not customization for its own sake—it is a source that integrates cleanly and remains practical to supply.

Technical personnel stay close to the project—from initial selection and samples through system integration and repeat production. You get a direct route for technical questions when decisions matter.
Environmental Validation and Quality Control
Tested, Not Claimed
Optical alignment, thermal path design and stress-relieved packaging only matter if they hold up outside the lab. Every Lumexis platform is validated against the environmental conditions its application demands — low pressure, thermal cycling, mechanical vibration — with full optical and electrical performance measured before and after each stage, on multiple samples from the same production batch, tested in sequence rather than in isolation.
Where a customer’s specification requires it, validation is carried out at an independent third-party laboratory.
